By accessing or using StockiePilot, you agree to these Terms.

2. Service Description

StockiePilot is a SaaS platform that enables businesses to manage sales, inventory, customers, and reporting.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and capable of entering a binding agreement.

4. Accounts

• Provide accurate information.
• Keep credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity on your account.

5. Subscription & Billing

• Plans may be monthly or annual.
• Fees are billed in advance and auto-renew unless cancelled.
• Prices may change with notice.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for unlawful or fraudulent activities.
• Upload malicious code or attempt unauthorized access.
• Infringe intellectual property rights.
• Misuse customer data.

7. Data & Responsibilities

• You retain ownership of your data.
• You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of data you upload.

8. Third-Party Services

Payments are processed by Paystack/Flutterwave. Their terms apply to transactions.

9. Intellectual Property

All Platform content, trademarks, and code are owned by Telewest or its licensors.

10. Availability & Changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify features.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations. You may cancel anytime.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Telewest is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 3 months.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
