Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscriptions

• Fees are billed in advance (monthly/annual).
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before renewal date.

2. Cancellation

• You may cancel anytime from your account settings.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

3. Refunds

• No refunds for partial periods or unused time after renewal.
• Exceptions may be granted for duplicate charges or billing errors upon review.

4. Failed/Disputed Payments

• Access may be suspended for failed payments.
• Disputes should be reported to billing@stockiepilot.ng within 7 days.

5. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may lead to account suspension.
